Help build Zeddie with us.
We’re inviting a small group of school administrators to use Zeddie in real school environments and help shape what comes next.
Development Partners are not passive beta testers. They are early collaborators helping us understand how student-support scheduling works across different schools.
We’re actively building Zeddie now and expect to begin welcoming our first Development Partners in the coming months. Because Zeddie is still in active development, we aren’t setting a firm launch date yet. We’ll keep selected partners updated as we get closer.
We’re looking for administrators who know this problem.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Are a Principal or Vice Principal
- Are responsible for Educational Assistant scheduling or student-support deployment
- Currently use spreadsheets, manual schedules or a similarly fragmented process
- Regularly adjust support when staff are absent or student needs change
- Are willing to provide candid feedback
- Want to help improve how schools organize student support
What participation looks like
Development Partners may be asked to:
- Show us how support scheduling works in their school
- Test early versions of Zeddie
- Identify what is confusing, missing or unnecessary
- Share examples of real scheduling constraints
- Participate in short feedback conversations
- Help us understand where Zeddie succeeds or fails in a real school day
We are looking for honest feedback — not compliments.
What partners receive
- Early product access
- Direct contact with Zeddie
- Meaningful input into product development
- Early visibility into new capabilities
- Preferential treatment when Zeddie moves into paid availability
The goal is not to build another generic scheduling product.
Schools are complicated environments.
We want Zeddie to reflect the realities administrators actually manage: student needs, staffing resources, qualifications, breaks, coverage, absences and constant change.
That requires building alongside educators.
Common questions.
Is Zeddie available now?
Zeddie is preparing for early real-school testing with a small group of Development Partners.
Does Zeddie replace administrator judgment?
No. Administrators remain in control. Zeddie is designed to help manage the complexity around their decisions.
Is Zeddie secure?
Zeddie is being built with privacy and security as core requirements. Detailed security claims will be published only as the underlying architecture and policies are finalized.
Interested in helping shape Zeddie?
Tell us a little about your school and how you currently organize Educational Assistant support.
Thanks — we’ll be in touch.
Your application has been sent to the Zeddie team. We’re keeping the first Development Partner group intentionally small. We’ll review your information and reach out if there looks to be a strong fit.
